Medical Sales Executive

Medical Sales Executives are a key link between Wellchem and healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will be allocated to a specific geographical location and will work strategically to increase the usage of Wellchem’s pharmaceutical and medical products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Area Sales Manager
  • Perform the Company’s product sales and promotional activities to Hospitals / Pharmacies / Clinics / Specialist Clinics
  • Establish strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Effective territorial planning and time management to maximize coverage in allocated geographical location
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Submit timely daily activities report

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Medical Science / Biomedical Science / Science & Technology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Good command of English and interpersonal skills
  • Possess own car, valid driving licence and willing to travel
  • Sales experience preferred but not a pre-requisite

Area Sales Manager

An Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operation for Wellchem in a specific geographic location. You will be managing a team of Medical Sales Executive and driving your team’s performance to reach the Company’s targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Division Manager
  • Manage the performance of a team of Medical Sales Executive in a specific geographic location
  • Developing strategies to achieve the Company’s monthly and annual targets
  • Keeping up-to-date with latest clinical data and market intelligence
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
  • Analyzing sales figures and presenting monthly achievements to Top Management
  • Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements

 

Requirements:

  • More than 3-5 years of working experience as a Medical Sales Executive
  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Medical Science / Biomedical Science / Science & Technology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Pharmacy or equivalent

Product Specialist

A Product Specialist monitors all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. This involve staying abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure Wellchem’s products’ competitive position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Product Manager
  • Assist and support the Company’s marketing activities, including internal training of sales team
  • Understand and effectively deliver presentations on Wellchem’s products, features and benefits to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Seek opportunities to propose solutions and improvements as related to product usage
  • Develop documentation for product release and training
  • Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs

 

Requirements:

Regulatory Affairs & Product Specialist

A Regulatory Affairs & Product Specialist is the crucial link between Wellchem, its products and the regulatory authorities. This position is responsible to ensure the appropriate licensing, marketing and legal compliance of pharmaceutical and medical devices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Product Manager
  • Timely documentation and information submission for product registration and notifications for Medical devices & Pharmaceutical products
  • Revise and provide regular update for local regulations and quality SOPs
  • Assisting in inventory control and compliance with GMP and GDPMD regulatory system
  • Work closely with Management team on developing and executing strategies and plans for product development as well as yearly forecast
  • Continuous monitoring of regulatory affairs and updates

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Health Science / Pharmacy or equivalent
  • High attention to detail
  • Occasional travelling is required, therefore candidates must possess own transport and valid drivers license
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Timely response and on time project completion
  • Good command of English and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in regulatory affairs is preferred

Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the processing and checking of all incoming orders. Check the account status on overdue account before passing to Order Processing.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports every first week of the month.
  • Monitor and prepare monthly sales contests and quarterly incentive reports.
  • Daily sales monitoring and to update the managers and salesmen their up-to-date sales vs budget/target.
  • Monitor and follow-up with quarterly Consignment Reports.
  • Inform customers if any unforeseen delays on shipments.
  • Screen all incoming emails and delegate to respective person in-charge.
  • Monitor the team’s progress and update regularly the team area sales manager on their sales performance.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up with the suppliers on stocks availability and delivery schedules.
  • To help monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with store supervisor.
  • Provide full admin support to Sales Team.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions is an advantage
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook, Digital Marketing )
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Proactive, take initiative and well organized
  • Able to work fast under pressure
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field

Marketing Executive

A Marketing Executive is involved in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Wellchem’s Pharmaceutical products and Medical devices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Product Manager
  • Designing and managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers and more
  • Conducting market research and developing marketing plans and strategies
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Participate in the Company’s marketing activities

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Communications / Business or equivalent
  • Good creativity and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Previous experience in Marketing is preferred

Accounts Clerk

An Accounts Clerk supports the accounting operations of Wellchem.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Admin Manager
  • Responsible for account receivable, payable, issuing invoices & cheques
  • Enquire accuracy in accounts data entry transaction
  • Prepare expenses payment due to staff and general expenses of the Company
  • Record payments made to company by customers

 

Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma level in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
  • Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures
  • High attention to detail and aptitude for numbers
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Good command of English and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in related field is preferred

Store Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Admin Manager
  • Provide general admin support
  • Able to handle Microsoft Excel
  • Assist in Stock Check
  • To perform general Store duties
  • Preference with similar experience

Requirements

  • SPM or equivalent
  • Able to use computer especially Microsoft Excel
  • Preferably with experience

Physiotherapist

The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that is passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of duties and Wellchem Proactive Centre’s overall management.
  • Provide advance assessment and consultation to patients.
  • Develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
  • Prepare and submit progress patient reports based on identified and attained goals.
  • Work with the Product Team in generating marketable content of company’s product and services in order to generate more exposure.
  • Responsible to handle walk in customer’s / patient’s inquiry,
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • At least 2 years working in related field
  • Compassion and empathy for patients, who are often in pain
  • Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and motivate them
