Medical Sales Executive

Medical Sales Executives are a key link between Wellchem and healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will be allocated to a specific geographical location and will work strategically to increase the usage of Wellchem’s pharmaceutical and medical products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Area Sales Manager
  • Perform the Company’s product sales and promotional activities to Hospitals / Pharmacies / Clinics / Specialist Clinics
  • Establish strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Effective territorial planning and time management to maximize coverage in allocated geographical location
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Submit timely daily activities report

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Medical Science / Biomedical Science / Science & Technology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Good command of English and interpersonal skills
  • Possess own car, valid driving licence and willing to travel
  • Sales experience preferred but not a pre-requisite

Area Sales Manager

An Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operation for Wellchem in a specific geographic location. You will be managing a team of Medical Sales Executive and driving your team’s performance to reach the Company’s targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Division Manager
  • Manage the performance of a team of Medical Sales Executive in a specific geographic location
  • Developing strategies to achieve the Company’s monthly and annual targets
  • Keeping up-to-date with latest clinical data and market intelligence
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
  • Analyzing sales figures and presenting monthly achievements to Top Management
  • Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements

 

Requirements:

  • More than 3-5 years of working experience as a Medical Sales Executive
  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Medical Science / Biomedical Science / Science & Technology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Good analytical and IT skills
  • Possess own car, valid driving licence and willing to travel

Assistant Product Manager

An Assistant Product Manager monitors all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. This involve staying abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure Wellchem’s products’ competitive position.

Branding and Marketing

  • Strategize branding and marketing initiatives for overall brands and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute Marketing’s quarterly programs and promotion.
  • Plan, monitor and manage brand’s expenditure (A&P).
  • Plan and prepare brand’s communication messages, medias, tools and materials.
  • Work closely with sales team in achieving brand’s target.
  • Prepare new brand’s launching activities and communication tools.
  • Study competitor/ industry products or activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager to identify potential products.

Product Training

  • Provide product training, updates and Q&A including kick-off meeting, mid-year meeting, new staff training.
  • Coordinate with principal team to provide medical knowledge to sales team.
  • Work closely with Regulatory Affairs agency to address product issues (pharmacovigilance), forward any product complaints to RA for QC & follow up.
  • Maintain and up-keep product materials library online and offline.

Event Management

  • Source relevant brand’s conferences and prepare the necessary gimmicks and conferences’ tools.
  • Source and liaise with vendors for deemed premiums and prints.

Commercial & Digital Marketing

  • Assist key account personnel in providing or reviewing marketing artworks upon request.
  • Write appropriate promotional copy and art direction for the relevant brand’s artwork.
  • Liaise with Regulatory Affairs agency to check on KKLIU submission and advertisement regulation.
  • Conceptualize brand’s digital direction and campaigns for different platforms (Webpage, FB, IG, Tik Tok, XSH).
  • Source and work closely with digital agencies for brand’s execution, ads set up within the desirable timeline, targeting and budget.
  • Review brands’ copies and artworks to ensure that the messages are in line with brands’ direction.
  • Handle or engage chatbot for incoming enquiries for brand’s social media platform – FB & IG.
  • Liaise with digital agencies for corporate’s new website set up and ensure contents accuracy and keywords.
  • Work with potential KOL practitioners for concept, recording, editing, story writing and media strategy.
  • Continue to manage social media’s overview and best practices.

E-commerce

  • Prepare and write digital materials/ artworks for Wellchem’s Shopee, Lazada & web page.
  • Work closely with fulfilment department for managing and handling e-commerce fulfilment.
  • Monitor e-commerce sale activities and coordinate inventory management with inventory team.

Others: Inventory Management

  • Work closely with sales manager in providing sale and forecast activities data to business development

Others: Sale

  • Assist Sale Manager to support the team with PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) by arranging training plan.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Medical Science / Biomedical Science / Science & Technology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing/ product management will be an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective collaboration in team environment
  • Good command of English and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially in Powerpoint, Excel and Word, knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop and Digital Marketing will be useful

 

Marketing Executive

A Marketing Executive is involved in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Wellchem’s Pharmaceutical products and Medical devices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Product Manager
  • Designing and managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers and more
  • Conducting market research and developing marketing plans and strategies
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Participate in the Company’s marketing activities

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Communications / Business or equivalent
  • Good creativity and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Previous experience in Marketing is preferred
